When Cornelius, an old practical joking Navy buddy of George decides to drop by the apartment to tell Louise that the building permit which the Help Center needed in order to move into a larger facility is approved after all, Cornelius, decided to look past a long-standing grudge that he has from one of George's old pranks from their old Navy days together. George had tried to persuade "Corny", who's a banker and a NYC building inspector, as he called Mayflower in their Navy days, to approve the loan needed in order to get repairs done for the Help Center as well as the permit needed approved, only to get in a big arguement because of the old grudge!
